Reverse Osmosis Dispensers With quenchWATER+ Filtration Technology

For decades, reverse osmosis water filtration has proven to be unrivaled when it comes to removing impurities from water in an efficient and cost-effective manner. However, water that’s completely stripped down lacks taste, and the technology for this water system isn’t designed to remove bacteria and viruses. For great-tasting, filtered water and total peace of mind, an RO filter is included in the quenchWATER+ filtration process. quenchWATER+ is our Quench-branded alkaline water, where filtration technology is combined with a mineral and electrolyte addback filter to create delicious, clean water for optimum hydration.

Quench’s quenchWATER+ filtration system gives quenchWATER+ its signature taste, but what makes quenchWATER+ drinking water so much better? The difference between quenchWATER+ and other filtered water is Quench’s proprietary five filter setup.

The first filter on this journey is the Sediment Filter where water passes through small holes in a series of membranes but anything larger than five microns, or roughly the size of a piece of sand, is blocked from passing through.

After the Sediment Filter has removed any larger contaminants and dissolved solids from the water, it passes through the PreCarbon Filter. This uses activated carbon to filter anything larger than one micron or about the size of a speck of flour from the water. It also prevents chemical compounds like Chlorine from passing through.

The next step is Reverse Osmosis, which pushes water molecules through a semipermeable membrane, removing any contaminants, including viruses, bacteria, pesticides, salts, and fluoride. While at the same time, reducing lead. Now the water is pure, completely free of any dissolved solids, both the harmful contaminants and the beneficial minerals like calcium and magnesium. Pure Reverse Osmosis water without the beneficial minerals tastes flat and acidic so we have created our proprietary Mineral+ enhancing filter.

The Mineral+ enhancing filter is FDA- and NSF-certified to add essential electrolytes and minerals to the pure Reverse Osmosis water. The water absorbs calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and sodium by flowing through mineral beads in the sterile environment of our proprietary mineral filter.

The final and fifth filter is the Polishing Filter, a type of carbon filter that uses fine coconut husk fibers and activated carbon to purify the water one last time. The result is crisp, clean, revitalizing alkaline water, which studies may suggest allows the body to absorb water more readily and hydrate faster.

Promote office hydration with quenchWATER+, and treat yourself, your coworkers and your guests to the most refreshing healthy water available. Don’t yet have quenchWATER+? Give us a call at (844) 300-6285 to talk to a quench water expert about upgrading.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does reverse osmosis work?

Reverse osmosis is a water purification process that typically involves 4 stages of filtration: a sediment filter, pre-carbon block, reverse osmosis membrane, and post-carbon filter. This removes contaminants, unwanted sediments, and dissolved solids, leaving you with extra clean water. Quench machines include a 5th stage of filtration: a mineral addback filter that infuses your water with healthy minerals and electrolytes after it's been cleaned of contaminants.

What is a reverse osmosis water dispenser?

A reverse osmosis water cooler from Quench is a bottleless dispenser fitted with reverse osmosis technology. This technology provides the highest levels of filtration possible and is designed for use in areas where the water source is either unknown or carries contaminants. Reverse osmosis has been proven to be a powerful solution for removing impurities from water in a cost-effective manner. Taking advantage of our reverse osmosis systems provides your employees, guests, and customers with unlimited, great-tasting, and hygienic water instantly.

How does a reverse osmosis water dispenser work?

Reverse osmosis water dispensers operate by pulling in water from your building’s existing water line and passing this tap water through a filtering process that removes contaminants, unwanted sediments, and dissolved solids. The machine then releases a stream of safe, hygienic drinking water once the user has activated a button, tap, or lever.

Are reverse osmosis water dispensers safe?

Reverse osmosis water dispensers are completely safe for users so long as they are regularly cleaned and maintained in their working environment. Reverse osmosis water filters provide the highest levels of filtration to ensure that your employees are only drinking safe, great-tasting water, and for added safety, Quench machines include LED UVC technology to remove harmful levels of bacteria and viruses — to maintain water cleanliness while the water is sitting still in the tank. And our antimicrobial surface protection is designed to inhibit the growth of microorganisms, including odor-causing bacteria and mold, on the dispensing area and filter, reducing the potential for the buildup of stains and odors. We also offer hygienic touchless options to reduce the risk of cross-contamination between users.

Are reverse osmosis water dispensers worth it?

For freshly filtered, great-tasting hygienic water, Quench’s reverse osmosis and quenchWATER+ water dispensers are definitely worth it. With our range of bottleless coolers, you can choose from ambient, cold, and hot water to meet the requirements of all your employees.

How long do reverse osmosis water dispensers last?

Quench reverse osmosis water dispensers can last for many years with the right care. At Quench, we offer regular servicing to ensure your water dispensers are working to the best of their ability at all times. Moreover, our national team of account managers, customer service representatives, and service technicians are standing behind every filtered water cooler to answer your questions, solve problems, and arrange prompt service calls as needed.

Do reverse osmosis water dispensers filter water?

Reverse osmosis water dispensers filter out unwanted molecules and contaminants from the water. Quench’s range of reverse osmosis water dispensers is designed to purify water straight from the source. Select machines are fitted with reverse osmosis technology that filter high levels of contaminants, leaving only pure, safe water. An RO water filtration system also helps workplaces avoid bottled water solutions, which supports greater long-term sustainability practices.

Where can you buy reverse osmosis water dispensers?

Quench has a range of bottleless water dispensers with reverse osmosis filtration that meet the requirements of any workplace. With our expertise, we can help you find the perfect solution for your hydration needs. Our Quench Water Experts are located across the USA to provide local service at a national level.
