Courtney Denihan
Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounts Receivable
Courtney joined Quench in early 2020 after being the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations of Quench’s then-parent company, AquaVenture Holdings, for the prior 3 years. Courtney brings over 18 years of experience in budgeting, strategic analysis, financial reporting, capital markets, and tax, from a variety of finance and accounting roles at Genworth Financial and Walter Investment Management Corp. Courtney earned a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University and a Masters in Accountancy from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Dan Duffy
Vice President, Controller
Dan serves as Quench's Controller, responsible for the accounting and financial reporting functions at Quench, including supporting mergers and acquisition activities, corporate compliance, and public filings. Prior to joining Quench in 2014, Dan held several financial management and accounting roles with public companies, including ACE Limited, DFC Global Corp., and Deloitte & Touche LLP. Dan is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and is a graduate of Bloomsburg University.
Ryan Hartley
Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions
Ryan Hartley leads the growing Mergers & Acquisitions team having joined Quench in mid-2020. Prior to joining Quench, Ryan held positions in investment banking at Credit Suisse, focusing on M&A, leveraged finance, and equity capital markets for large and midsize companies, as well as in the Advisory Services division of KPMG. Ryan holds a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
Ted Hertz
Vice President, Product Management
Joining Quench in 2017, Ted leads the development and management of Quench's direct and indirect product lines. In Ted’s nearly 30-year career, he has held executive roles for several office drinking water companies, most recently with Haws Corporation. Additionally, Ted has had general management, operations, and sales and marketing responsibilities with Deep Rock Water Company and Wissahickon Spring Water, Inc. Ted graduated with honors from Boston University with a BA in Economics and has earned a Finance and Accounting Certification from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
Joe McNulty
Vice President, Product Development
Joe brings 16 years of experience in the on-premise water purification and dispensing industry. Based in Las Vegas, Joe oversees the design and development of new products for sparkling water dispensers in the HORECA channel. Joe is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he played on the baseball team.
Troy Nuttall
Vice President, Product Development
Troy is a co-founder of Wellsys, a division of Quench, and has more than 10 years of experience in the POU industry. While at Wellsys, Troy was instrumental in growing the business to over 100 dealers in 7 countries. As Vice President of Product Development at Quench, Troy oversees the Quench direct and indirect product roadmap, vendor management and product quality, dealer support, inventory, fulfillment, and billing. His hands-on nature and strong technical knowledge allow Wellsys to delivery industry leading dealer support and technical training. Prior to joining Wellsys, Troy was the General Manager of a Fire Restoration company. Troy holds a BS in Business Administration and a certificate in international business from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Mike O’Day
Vice President, Supply Chain
To support our continued rapid growth Mike joined Quench in mid - 2020 to lead Quench’s supply chain operations. Mike brings to us deep operational and general management experience having served as an executive leader for Culligan Water, ScentAir, and leading diversified industrial companies such as United Technologies and Ingersoll Rand in his 25-plus year career. Mike holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Mort Goldman
Vice President, Information Technology
Mort joined Quench in 2015 to lead the development of data migration and technology integration processes. As VP, Information Technology, Mort plays a key role in evaluating future technology trends and designing and developing pragmatic applications to achieve Quench's business information requirements. Mort has served as a senior technology and business executive for several companies over his 30+ year career, including Genome Profiling, LLC; 408 West, LLC; Fortera, Inc and Icon Solutions. He holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
Trevor Owens
Vice President, IT Architecture
Trevor is responsible for overall architectural oversight and coordination for all applications. He holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Masters Certificate in Business Intelligence from Villanova University.
Michelle Rosenberg
Senior Counsel
Michelle joined Quench in Fall 2021 as Senior Counsel. She is responsible for managing all new and ongoing legal matters and providing legal support to Quench’s Executive and Senior Leadership teams. Prior to joining Quench, Michelle worked in the Corporate Department at the Am Law 100 law firm Fox Rothschild in Philadelphia. She holds a B.A. in English and Art History from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Villanova Law.
