About the Combination

We are excited to announce that in the United States and Canada, Culligan’s Quench business will combine operations with Waterlogic USA & Canada. The combined business will create a leading provider of sustainable bottle-free drinking water solutions, serving more than 100,000 companies, including more than 50% of the Fortune 500.

Going forward, Waterlogic USA & Canada will operate under Culligan’s Quench brand, so on behalf of all of us – welcome to the Quench Family! Together, we are extremely excited about the benefits this combination will provide, including our enhanced product line and increased team size to better serve you. No two businesses are alike. That’s why Quench offers a full range of hydration solutions to fit your business’s unique size, configuration, industry, and culture. Our point-of-use (POU) machines offer users countless consumption choices for the workplace, including bottleless water coolers, sparkling water dispensers, chewable ice machines, and filtered coffee brewers.

Plus, it’s important to note that Waterlogic’s WL2, WL7/still, and WL7/sparkling water coolers will become part of Quench’s advanced product line. These three machines will be renamed to the Quench Q6, Quench Q9, and Quench Q10 respectively, but they will still offer the same great features you’ve come to know and love, including BioCote® Technology and Firewall®.

Billing Changes

We are working on making this a seamless transition, and our systems will be fully integrated on 12/5. As we work to deliver a smooth transition for you from Waterlogic, please note the following changes:

    • For Waterlogic USA customers, until 12/5 you should contact Waterlogic at (866) 917-7873 or visit https://www.waterlogic.com/en-us/customer-support/ for any immediate service or billing needs.
    • Starting in December, your invoice will have a new look and may be delivered at a slightly different time than before. Please click here to see a sample invoice.
    • If you were set up on recurring credit card or ACH payments prior to the combination, your financial information will automatically transfer over to Quench’s billing system, and it will continue to run through Quench’s billing system.
    • If you want to set up new recurring payments or make one-off credit card payments, you can do so through our Customer Portal. You will receive more information in December about registering for the Quench Customer Portal.

Will my water service be affected?

No, your water service will remain unchanged, and we will continue to provide drinking water solutions to all businesses.

How can I request service on my machine?

If you are a US customer requesting service, please contact Waterlogic at (866) 917-7873 or visit https://www.waterlogic.com/en-us/customer-support/ for any immediate assistance.

If you are a Canadian customer requesting service, please call 1-888-545-7873 or email servicecanada@quenchwater.com.

Does my machine(s) have to be replaced?

No, there won’t be a need to change your machine. Waterlogic technicians will be joining the Quench service team and Quench technicians will be trained on how to service Waterlogic machines. So, as long as you’re happy with your Waterlogic machine, you can keep it and we will be able to service it for you! However, if you want to upgrade to a new Quench machine, we can help you do that too! Just call our sales team at 1-844-902-0809.

When did Waterlogic become Quench?

The integration of Quench and Waterlogic began in November 2022.

Quench is a leading water, ice, sparkling water, and coffee provider. Quench offers point-of-use drinking water solutions to businesses and workplaces across North America.

Why is the Waterlogic website moving?

The movement of the Waterlogic website and rebranding it to Quench is the last piece of our integration. The Waterlogic website will be redirected to Quench’s website starting on December 5, 2022.  Merging Waterlogic and Quench’s websites will be part of our effort to continuously improve our customer’s experience as well as highlight the full range of products we supply.
