Why Are the Quench Water Experts Helpful?
Quench Water Experts analyze your local drinking water and customize a filtration solution to ensure your office drinking water is clean and great-tasting. Then, based on your workplace size, and the number of users, they will select the best bottleless water cooler for your needs. Our expert technician will meet with you to determine the best location for your new Quench machine, then will install your system without disrupting your business or office decor.
When Can I Contact a Quench Water Expert?
We take care of the installation and everything after. Our representatives are on call from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET to answer questions, problem solve, and arrange prompt service calls. Quench-badged technicians perform all service, and whether it’s preventive maintenance, a filter change, or repair, the cost is included in your monthly rental fee. Our certified technicians train at “Quench University” where they master the technology behind each water system, and what it takes to keep them operational. Specialists are then equipped with tablets running Quench’s service app to track of your cooler’s information and service history—so you don’t have to.
