Carbon Dioxide (CO2) makes the water sparkle by adding carbonation to the filtered still water. If you have a favorite CO2 provider, please contract with them for your CO2 tank delivery before scheduling your installation. Don’t have a favorite provider? Use ours: AirGas, a national supplier of CO2. Quench customers have a dedicated AirGas representative, Jessica, to ensure their CO2 tank is delivered before installation. If you have any questions about ordering CO2 from AirGas, give Jessica a call: 877-717-4540 extension 11369.
We recommend always having two CO2 tanks on-hand so you never run out of sparkling water.
Our certified technicians will deliver and install your sparkling water dispenser by connecting it directly to your building’s existing water line. During your installation, our certified service technician will calibrate the CO2 regulator to ensure you have the perfect amount of bubbly in your sparkling water before connecting your first CO2 tank to your dispenser. They will then give you step-by-step instructions on how to replace your tank when it is empty. Can’t wait for your instructions? Click here to check out our step-by-step video.
