Welcome to the Quench Family!
As you already may be aware, Clarus Services, Inc. is now part of the Quench family of companies. Quench USA, Inc. offers filtered water systems to more than 60,000 customers across the United States, including more than half of the Fortune 500.
We also provide ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee service. Headquartered outside Philadelphia, Quench is an AquaVenture Holdings (NYSE: WAAS) business.
The purpose of this letter is to notify you of a few changes, including that your Clarus Field Operations team will begin to serve you as Quench employees.
Some other changes you may notice:
- We will be upgrading your filtration on your next scheduled preventive maintenance service to the Quench Advanced Carbon Filter that is NSF Certified for Standard 42 and 53 (Lead Reduction).
- The Clarus website will redirect to Quench’s website.
- Customer emails will not come from Quench. Please be sure to add email@example.com to your email address book so you don’t miss any important information.
- Your new customer care email address and phone number will be firstname.lastname@example.org and 1-888-554-2782.
- Customers with coffee service will be contacted by the Quench Coffee team to set up access to Quench’s online coffee ordering portal and guide you through the transition to Quench. The team can be reached at email@example.com or 1-888-554-2782, option 3.
- Your invoice will have a new look and may be delivered at a slightly different time than it used to be. Coffee invoices will be sent following the coffee order shipment.
