Tony Ibarguen
Chief Executive Officer
Tony has served as Quench's CEO since he joined the company in 2010. Tony has over 25 years of senior executive leadership experience at companies such as Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ: NSIT), a Fortune 500 information technology business where he also serves on its Board of Directors; Alliance Consulting Group, a privately-held IT consulting firm; and Tech Data (NASDAQ: TECD) a Fortune 500 global technology distributor. Tony holds a degree in Marketing from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Todd Peterson
President
Todd is the President of Quench, bringing 30 years of operating and executive leadership experience to the company. In addition to his responsibility for Quench’s P&L, Todd has overseen more than 75 acquisitions during his tenure at the company. Todd currently serves on the Board of Directors of Nwestco, a provider of industrial maintenance, testing, and compliance services, and of Philabundance, the largest hunger relief organization in the Philadelphia area. Prior to joining Quench, Todd was an Operating Partner at Element Partners, a private equity firm focused on investments in clean energy and water. Todd holds BS and MBA degrees from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where, as a graduate student, he was awarded a Ford Fellowship.
Andy Corr
Chief Operating Officer
Andy works with the Executive Leadership Team to define strategic objectives and opportunities to ensure Quench continuously exceeds its goals. Andy has more than 30 years of experience in the water industry. In the 1990s, he started a commercial water treatment company in Central Europe, then later in his career he worked with McKinsey and Accenture, advising companies like Culligan, Ecolab, and Nalco. Andy received his BA in International Affairs and Economics from The George Washington University. He received his MBA from the University of Michigan.
Tom Breslin
Chief Financial Officer
Tom joined Quench in 2012 to lead the company’s financial organization and provide strategic insight. Tom brings substantial financial management and mergers and acquisitions expertise to Quench. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of several high-growth, private equity-backed companies in his 20-plus year career, including Sonitrol Corporation (commercial security systems), Aspen Marketing Group (marketing services), and Cardinal Business Media (magazine publishing and trade shows). Tom began his career with Arthur Anderson, is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, and is a graduate of LaSalle University.
Chris Turano
Senior Vice President, Service & Scheduling
Chris has been leading service operations in the filtered water cooler business longer than Quench has been in existence. He has served as head of Quench’s service organization since 2007, more than tripling the number of Quench coolers installed and serviced across the US during his tenure. Previously, Chris was Director of Service for Aquaperfect, where he got his start in the point-of-use industry as a service technician. Chris attended the University of Cincinnati and the College of Staten Island and earned a CORe certificate from Harvard Business School Extension program.
John Whalen
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
John leads the Company's national sales organization. Prior to joining Quench in 2013, John was Regional Vice President with Comcast, where he lead a 200-member sales team. Before that, he held various sales, business development, and general management positions in the communications industry, including TW Telecom, Level 3, and AT&T. John served in the U.S. Army Rangers, where he was a platoon leader and achieved the rank of captain. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
Kit Neuman
Vice President, Customer Care, Coffee, and Sales Operations
As VP of Customer Care, Coffee, and Sales Operations, Kit leads Quench’s customer service team, who are focused on providing excellent care and quick resolution for all our customers’ needs and concerns. Joining Quench in 2020, Kit also leads Quench-wide growth initiatives as the VP of Strategy. In this role, he works with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of key business priorities. Prior to Quench, Kit was a Manager at Bain and Company, where he led due diligence projects in the private equity group as well as other engagements primarily serving industrials clients. He holds a BA in International Relations and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA from the Wharton School.
Stefanie Showell-Jones
Vice President, Human Resources
Having joined Quench in 2020 as the VP of Human Resources, Stefanie is responsible for the development of comprehensive HR strategy, best practices, and programs for Quench and its dealer network. Prior to Quench, Stefanie was an Area HR Director for Republic Services, where she directed a team leading the development, implementation, and administration of all phases of Human Resources at various Business units and their Divisions within their Northeast Area. She has previously held senior level HR roles in the Telecommunications and Defense industries. She holds a BS in Health Studies from Boston University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from American University.
Kim Kiernan
Vice President, IT
Kim is the VP of IT and Business Intelligence and brings over 25 years of experience in executive information technology leadership to the company. Prior to joining Quench, Kim led several companies through global, enterprise-wide technology transformation projects, including several ERP implementations and several mergers and acquisitions. She utilizes her hands-on technical background to enable our business to continue to grow with creative technology solutions. Kim holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut.
Jeff Tilley
Vice President, Supply Chain
Jeff comes to Quench with 30 years’ experience in manufacturing and engineering. As the VP of Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Jeff works to optimize Quench’s warehouse operations and support the company’s growing product line. Jeff joined the Quench team after the 2022 Waterlogic merger. He worked at Waterlogic for 10 successful years as the VP of Manufacturing. Before that, Jeff was the VP of Engineering and Manufacturing at Omaha Standard for 12 years. He started his career testing oil wells in the Middle East for Schlumberger Overseas. Jeff holds several design patents and a mechanical engineering degree from Colorado School of Mines in Golden Colorado.

Patrick White
Vice President, Sales – West
Joining Quench in 2013 as a Regional Sales Director, Patrick was successful in expanding Quench's presence and building the sales team in the west. Recently promoted to VP of Sales for the West Region, Patrick is responsible for all sales operations in this expanding territory. Before joining Quench, Patrick spent 6 successful years in various sales management positions at Coca-Cola Refreshments. Patrick has a BA in Communications and Advertising from Xavier University, Cincinnaiti, OH.
Tommy Modica
Vice President, Sales – East
Tommy is the Vice President of Sales for Quench’s Eastern territories and brings 20 years of sales experience to the company. Tommy originally got his start in the water industry as a VP of Field Sales at Waterlogic, where he worked for 5 years. Before working for Waterlogic, Tommy was a Regional Sales Manager for Shred-It, and before that, he worked for the mortgage finance industry. Tommy is a graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.
Michael Nosek
Vice President, Sales – National Accounts & Hospitality
Michael joined Quench in 2014 with its acquisition of Atlas Watersystems, Inc. where he was the Senior Director of Sales for the New England-based business. Mike is a proven business builder with strong client relationship skills and experience. Before entering water services business, Michael spent 10 years in office services as Director of Sales for ImageTech, a Xerox company in Massachusetts. Michael holds a BA degree in Business from Saint Anselm College, Manchester, NH.
Ann Boeding
Vice President, National Accounts
Ann joined Quench as an Account Executive in 2014. Over the years, she has risen through the corporate ranks. Ann was promoted to Sales Manager in 2016, and 2 years later, she was promoted to Regional Sales Director. As a Regional Sales Director, Ann was successful in expanding Quench’s presence and building the sales team in the West. Most recently, Ann was appointed to VP of National Accounts. In this role, she is responsible for managing drinking water operations for some of Quench's largest customers. Before joining Quench, Ann worked in advertising for Times Media Group. Ann graduated from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois.
Jeff Doughty
Vice President, National Accounts
Jeff is a veteran of the water cooler industry, with more than 20 years in sales and service. Jeff joined the Company in 2010 when the firm he started, Spectrum Water Coolers, became part of Quench. Jeff heads Quench’s national accounts operation, and is credited with executing some of the largest deployments in the water cooler industry. He holds an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an MBA from The Rochester Institute of Technology.
Nate Jacobson
Vice President, National Accounts
Nate joined the Quench team through our acquisition of Alpine Water Systems in 2018. While being a Partner at Alpine, Nate was the VP of Business Development and was responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of Alpine's national marketing initiatives. His expertise lies in helping large companies develop solutions to streamline their national water, coffee, and ice services. Prior to Alpine, Nate was a marketing director in the communications industry. Nate earned his BA degree in Business Management from the University of Minnesota.
Jeff Price
Vice President, Product Marketing
As Quench's VP of Product Marketing, Jeff's role centers on uncovering market opportunities and formulating go-to-market (GTM) strategies to successfully launch and position products in new and emerging markets. This involves pinpointing unmet needs and designing targeted strategies to address those gaps. Jeff started working with Quench in October 2022. Before that, he led product and marketing in software companies for over a decade, most recently at Gastrograph AI. There, he worked with predictive analytics technology that analyzed flavor perception data and employed machine learning to forecast demographic flavor preferences, helping food beverage companies tailor products for targeted markets. Jeff is a proud graduate of Penn State University.
Bob Mitchell
Vice President & General Manager, Indirect
Originally joining Quench in 2011, Bob spent 6 years building and leading various departments, including Sales Operations and Customer Care. After a brief hiatus from Quench in 2017, during which he worked in Management Consulting for KPMG, Bob returned to Quench in 2018 to run Quench's first international division: Quench Canada. Bob now leads Sales and Marketing for Quench's dealer network and oversees growth of its Indirect channel. He holds a BS from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Temple University.

Courtney Denihan
Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounts Receivable
Courtney joined Quench in early 2020 after being the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations of Quench’s then-parent company, AquaVenture Holdings, for the prior 3 years. Courtney brings over 18 years of experience in budgeting, strategic analysis, financial reporting, capital markets, and tax, from a variety of finance and accounting roles at Genworth Financial and Walter Investment Management Corp. Courtney earned a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University and a Masters in Accountancy from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Dan Duffy
Vice President, Controller
Dan serves as Quench's Controller, responsible for the accounting and financial reporting functions at Quench, including supporting mergers and acquisition activities, corporate compliance, and public filings. Prior to joining Quench in 2014, Dan held several financial management and accounting roles with public companies, including ACE Limited, DFC Global Corp., and Deloitte & Touche LLP. Dan is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and is a graduate of Bloomsburg University.
Ryan Hartley
Vice President, Corporate Development
Ryan Hartley leads the growing Mergers & Acquisitions team having joined Quench in mid-2020. Prior to joining Quench, Ryan held positions in investment banking at Credit Suisse, focusing on M&A, leveraged finance, and equity capital markets for large and midsize companies, as well as in the Advisory Services division of KPMG. Ryan holds a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
George Cary
Vice President, Engineering
Joining Quench in late 2022, George is responsible for the design and engineering of Quench’s product line. George joined the Quench family from the Waterlogic merger. In his 25-year tenure with Waterlogic, George led efforts to ensure Waterlogic POU products met market and regulatory requirements. He was also responsible for product suitability, product launches, technical support, and the technical budget. George is passionate about making safe water easily accessible to businesses across North America.
Ted Hertz
Vice President, Product Management
Joining Quench in 2017, Ted leads the development and management of Quench's direct and indirect product lines. In Ted’s nearly 30-year career, he has held executive roles for several office drinking water companies, most recently with Haws Corporation. Additionally, Ted has had general management, operations, and sales and marketing responsibilities with Deep Rock Water Company and Wissahickon Spring Water, Inc. Ted graduated with honors from Boston University with a BA in Economics and has earned a Finance and Accounting Certification from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
Joe McNulty
Vice President, Strategic Sourcing
Joe brings 16 years of experience in the on-premise water purification and dispensing industry. Based in Las Vegas, Joe oversees the design and development of new products for sparkling water dispensers in the HORECA channel. Joe is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he played on the baseball team.
Troy Nuttall
Vice President, Product Development
Troy is a co-founder of Wellsys, a division of Quench, and has more than 10 years of experience in the POU industry. While at Wellsys, Troy was instrumental in growing the business to over 100 dealers in 7 countries. As Vice President of Product Development at Quench, Troy oversees the Quench direct and indirect product roadmap, vendor management and product quality, dealer support, inventory, fulfillment, and billing. His hands-on nature and strong technical knowledge allow Wellsys to delivery industry leading dealer support and technical training. Prior to joining Wellsys, Troy was the General Manager of a Fire Restoration company. Troy holds a BS in Business Administration and a certificate in international business from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Rehan Husain
Vice President, Field Service - East
As Vice President of Service, Rehan is responsible for leading Quench’s Field Service team throughout the Eastern region of the United States. Rehan joined the Quench family in 2019 as a Regional Service Director for the Northeast. Before joining Quench, Rehan led the Field Service teams at Coca-Cola North America for over 4 years. He also held several key management roles with Fortune 500 companies like ABM, JP Morgan, and AT&T. Rehan attended LaGuardia College and earned his Management Essentials Certificate from Harvard Business School.
Gerald Smith
Vice President, Field Service – Central
Gerald has been with Quench since 2005. Over the years, he has risen through the ranks. He started as Quench's first-ever Field Service Manager, became Regional Service Director, and was promoted to VP in 2020. Before his time with Quench, Gerald worked for UPS, Honda, and Ford Motors. He earned a 4-year basketball scholarship from Iowa Wesleyan College, where he received a degree in secondary education.
Chad Williamson
Vice President, Field Service - West
Chad joined the Quench family after Quench combined with Waterlogic in 2022. Chad started working for Waterlogic in October of 2021. Before that, he worked with Shredit/Stericycle for over 17 years – starting as a sales representative, then working his way up to district sales manager, and then working as the Facilities Operation Manager of Southern California. Chad is a graduate of the California State University of San Bernardino.
Mort Goldman
Vice President, Business Intelligence
Mort joined Quench in 2015 to lead the development of data migration and technology integration processes. As VP, Information Technology, Mort plays a key role in evaluating future technology trends and designing and developing pragmatic applications to achieve Quench's business information requirements. Mort has served as a senior technology and business executive for several companies over his 30+ year career, including Genome Profiling, LLC; 408 West, LLC; Fortera, Inc and Icon Solutions. He holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
Michelle Rosenberg
Senior Counsel
Michelle joined Quench in Fall 2021 as Senior Counsel. She is responsible for managing all new and ongoing legal matters and providing legal support to Quench’s Executive and Senior Leadership teams. Prior to joining Quench, Michelle worked in the Corporate Department at the Am Law 100 law firm Fox Rothschild in Philadelphia. She holds a B.A. in English and Art History from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Villanova Law.
