Tampa, Fla. (August 9, 2017) – On June 1, 2017, Quench acquired substantially all the assets of Pure Water Innovations (“PWI”), a point-of-use water filtration company based outside Raleigh, North Carolina. Its customers include some of the largest corporations and universities in the region, and increases our customer density in the fast-growing Raleigh-Durham market.
In addition, on August 2, 2017, effective August 1, 2017, Quench acquired substantially all the assets of Quench Water Canada, a Toronto-based point-of-use operator. This acquisition establishes a presence in Canada and is expected to be used as a platform for further expansion.
