Watermark USA, Inc. Joins the Quench Family

Welcome to the Quench Family! As already may be aware, Watermark USA, Inc. is now part of the Quench family of companies. Quench USA, Inc. offers filtered water systems to more than 40,000 customers across the United States, including over 75% of the Fortune 500.

We also provide ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee service. Headquartered outside Philadelphia, Quench is an AquaVenture Holdings (NYSE: WAAS) business.

The purpose of this post is to notify you of a few changes, including that your Watermark Field Operations team will begin to serve you as Quench employees.

Some other changes you may notice

• We will be upgrading your filtration on your next scheduled preventive maintenance service to the Quench Advanced Carbon Filter that is NSF Certified for Standard 42 and 53 (Lead Reduction)
• The Watermark website will redirect to Quench’s website
• Customer emails will now come from Quench. Please be sure to add promotions@quenchonline.com to your email address book so you don’t miss any important information.
• Your new customer care email address and phone number will be quenchservice@quenchonline.com and 1-888-554-2782.
• Your invoice will have a new look and may be delivered at a slightly different time than it used to be.
