Look out for greeters from Sedanz in the baggage claim area – they will have signs with the Quench logo. If you cannot find the Sedanz greeters, please call 212-300-6083. You will receive a text message from a number with a 212 area code when they arrive to the airport for pickup.
If you’re flight is cancelled/delayed, please email adam.rineer@canvasmeetings.com ASAP. He will be sure there is a shuttle for you for when you do arrive at PHL.
Upon arrival at the Valley Forge Casino & Resort, proceed to the hotel’s front lobby (DO NOT go to the Casino lobby) for check-in.
Meet in the lobby for the shuttle back to the airport about 15 minutes before it is scheduled to leave.

Join other Monday travelers for dinner at the Valley Tavern from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Valley Tavern is in the hotel lobby. Arriving later than 8 p.m.? Most on-site restaurants serve food until 10 p.m./11 p.m. Check out your options here.
Complimentary breakfast will be available at the Valley Tavern from 7 to 9 a.m. For those you can’t survive without their Dunkin, there is a Dunkin Donut on-site in the Casino Food Court.
Registration for the Sales Conference opens at 9 a.m. in the Grand Ballroom Foyer. Grab your name badge and your SWAG!
